a. How much does a wire transfer withdrawal cost?
Wire transfers come with fees on both the sending and receiving ends:
VIP Play is charged $20 by our bank to send a wire transfer.
Your bank may charge $20–$30 to receive the wire transfer.
Estimated total cost to receive a wire withdrawal: $40–$50
Recommendation: For withdrawals less than $500, we strongly suggest using our payment processor, Play+, as it is more cost-effective.
b. How soon will I receive my wire transfer?
Wire transfer timing depends on both when your request is received and your bank’s processing time.
Requests reviewed same day if submitted between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
Requests submitted outside of business hours will be reviewed the next business day
Funds will be sent within 5 business days of approval (excluding weekends and U.S. banking holidays)
Once sent, most banks process the transfer within 24 business hours, but this can vary

f. The address on my bank statement is different from my VIP Play account. Can I still make a wire transfer?
No. For your wire transfer to be processed, the address on your bank statement must match the address on your VIP Play account.

If your bank statement has an old address:
