Wire Deposit Instructions
This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC verification. VIP Play requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification before depositing funds via wire transfer. If you have not already passed KYC verification, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via Wire transfer.
ANY WIRE TRANSFERS RECEIVED WITHOUT HAVING ALREADY PASSED KYC VERIFICATION WILL NOT BE CREDITED TO YOUR WAGERING ACCOUNT AND WILL BE PROMPTLY RETURNED BACK TO YOU.
Please follow the wire instructions below carefully. Most importantly, be sure to include your name and email address in the Reference / Memo line and make sure that it matches the name and email address in your VIP Play account.
Fill out the VIP Play Wire Transfer Deposit Form and email it to [email protected] with the subject: Wire Deposit Form. Additionally, include your full name and email in the subject line of the email.
Provide the VIP Play customer support team with the required documentation to verify your bank account:

Name
Address
Account number
Image of bank account routing number
Note: All of the above must match that of the VIP Play account holder of record. This process is required each time a request for wire transfer services is made.
Please note that VIP Play staff will only be monitoring for wire transfer deposits during the normal business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST during the work week. If any details are incorrect, we will return the wire to its original sender. Any costs incurred to VIP Play directly from our bank for processing a wire transfer will be deducted from the amount added to your account. This amount is usually $10 - $25.
Wire Transfer deposits received without the completed and submitted Wire Transfer Form will be returned to the sender.
Once the wire request and bank account verification are received, we'll credit your VIP Play account with the funds, and you'll see a "Deposit Wire" transaction on your Transactions List.
