Gaming and legal regulations require that we verify you are who you say you are, and that you are fit to play on a real money gambling app such as VIP Play.
This means that VIP Play is responsible for collecting "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and "Anti Money Laundering" (AML) documentation from you before you can deposit funds or place a bet in the VIP Play app.
All customers that wish to deposit funds or place a bet must get KYC/AML verified.
VIP Play has partnered with ID Comply to process KYC/AML verifications. We've integrated this verification process directly within the VIP Play app!
There are two different types of KYC in the VIP Play app
Lite (CFA) KYC : This is the first KYC required of all new sign ups. The lite KYC uses the information entered in the app to verify the identity of the user without requesting pictures of documents or selfie.
If a new sign up fails the lite KYC version, he/she is directed to go through the manual KYC version.

Manual KYC : Customers are required to go through the manual KYC version only if they fail the lite KYC version.
VIP Play uses ID Comply for age and identity verification. You will be asked to verify using your ID and will be redirected back to VIP Play once you complete the manual verification process.
For the manual verification process, you will need to;
Scan your government-issued ID
Complete a live scan (Selfie)
