Step 1: Sign up with your email address
Tap "Sign Up" to begin creating an account. You’ll need to verify your email later!
Step 2: Enter your account information
Enter your Email address and choose a password. Check the box below the password field to confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete and that you’re not prohibited from gambling pursuant to the Sports Gaming Act.
Tap on “Create Account”.
Step 3: Complete Phone Verification
The phone number entered should be able to receive SMS text messages (i.e the phone number cannot be VOIP or landline, etc.)
Tap on ‘Continue’ after entering your phone number.
A 6-digit code will be sent to the number entered via SMS text message. Enter the code in the field below and tap on "Submit".
If you didn’t receive the code or the code received is no longer valid, tap on ‘Resend Code’ to receive a new code. A new code will be sent to you within 60 seconds.
Step 4: Confirm Your Identity
Enter your full legal name, date of birth, social security number and home address on this page. Please enter your information as it appears on your state or federal identification documents.
Your information is encrypted and kept secure.
Tap on ‘Confirm Identity’ after entering all required information.
Step 5: Email Verification
A One-Time Password (OTP) code will be sent to the email address registered on your account. Check your email address for the code and enter it in the field and tap "Submit".
Note: If you've still not received the email after a couple of minutes, check your spam folder to see if it was sent there. If it's still not in your spam folder, check that you have the correct email address on your account.
If the email address on your account is correct and you still have not received the email OR there was a misspelling of your email address, please contact [email protected] and we'll resolve the issue.
Step 6: KYC Verification
VIP Play will now verify your identity using the information you entered in the previous steps. If the information you provided is correct, your KYC verification will be completed within seconds. We’ll notify you once it’s complete.
If you fail to pass verification on your first attempt, you will be directed to go through the manual verification process.
VIP Play uses IDComply for age and identity verification. You will be asked to verify using your ID and will be redirected back to VIP Play once you complete the manual verification process.
For the manual verification process, you will need to;
Scan your government-issued ID - Ensure it’s clear, well-lit, and fully visible.
Complete a live scan (Selfie) - Follow the on-screen instructions to capture a clear selfie for identity verification.
Tap on ‘OK’ to begin the manual verification process.
Read the User Consent for Photo Verification. After you’re done, tap on ‘Agree’.
You will then be taken to the ID Comply integration to begin uploading your identity documents and to take a selfie:
Document type selection: You will need either a Driver's license or Passport to complete the process. You only need one of the two documents to complete the KYC verification process.
Capture ID document: You will be required to capture a picture of both the front side and backside (except for passports) of the document you selected above. For a passport, you just need to capture a picture of the main photo page.
Capture Selfie: You will be required to capture a selfie of yourself to complete the verification process.
Select the country that issued your identification document and select the ID type on this screen.
Frontside of Document:
You will be required to capture the front side of your Driver's License or Passport. Read the instructions on the page on how to capture the image. To ensure that this process moves smoothly;
Avoid placing the document on a reflective surface
Avoid capturing blurred images
Ensure that all details in your document are clear
Tap on ‘Launch camera’ to proceed.
Position the square field directly over the document such that all four corners of the card are visible within the box. Tap on the circle at the bottom of the screen to capture the image.
After capturing the image, a confirmation screen will show up and you can either accept the image and proceed to Back side OR retake the image if it's blurred or all sides of the document aren't visible:
Backside of Document
After you're done with the front side of your document, you will be required to capture or upload the backside of the document also. This step will apply only if you selected a Driver's License. You will not be required to capture the back side of your document if you're using a Passport.

After capturing the backside of your document, the next step is to take a selfie of your face. Before proceeding with this step, make sure that you;
Stand against a plain background
You have no hats, glasses, scarves, or hair covering your face
No mask or filter effects
Tap on ‘Launch Camera’ to proceed.
Center your face inside the oval-shaped frame on your phone and keep your phone in front of you. Hold your phone still when ready till your entire head is inside in the oval, then tap on the circle at the bottom of the screen to capture your selfie.
After capturing the image, a confirmation screen will show up and you can either accept the image and continue OR retake the image.
Tap on ‘NEXT’ to continue.
The final step is the "Verification" page. This may take a few seconds to a few minutes:
If your KYC verification was successful, you will see you’ve been approved notification on your screen.
However, if your KYC verification was unsuccessful, you will see a "Verification unsuccessful" page with a reason why your KYC failed.
