At VIP Play, we want our customers to have fun while gambling and betting on sports and look at it as a form of entertainment. However, Sports betting can be stressful sometimes, especially when your favorite team loses that big game or the final game on your 5-team parlay losses in overtime. VIP Play allows you the option to temporarily deactivate your account and take pause for a while to recharge. We all need a break sometimes and that's perfectly fine.

However, if you change your mind in the future and decide to reactivate your account, let us know by contacting our support team and we will allow you access to your account again.

How account closure / deactivation works with VIP Play
1. To request an account closure or account deactivation, send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your VIP Play account with the following info:
a. First and Last Name.
b. Email Address associated with VIP Play account.
c. Amount and Date of a recent bet that was accepted.
d. The destination account to send any remaining Available Balance funds.
2. Upon verification of the above information, VIP Play will then send an email to the email address on file for the customer.
3. The customer is then required to reply back to the above email and confirm that they indeed want to close their VIP Play account
4. Once VIP Play receives the above confirmation, it implements the temporary self-exclusion (account deactivation) or permanent account closure.
Note: Your account will be deactivated or closed within 24 business hours and any remaining balance will be sent to the account information provided no later than 10 business days after the request to deactivate the account has been put in place.
