Deposits

1. How long does it take to receive the funds in my account after making a deposit?

Deposits made via Online Banking are typically available instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to a few minutes to reflect in your VIP Play account.

2. How long will it take for the deposit to be debited from my bank account?

Bank processing time varies depending on your bank. . Some banks may take up to 3 business days to reflect the transaction.

3. How much does it cost to make a deposit?

There are no fees to make a deposit. If you deposit $100, you'll receive $100 in your VIP Play account to bet with.

4. Is there a limit on how much I can deposit via Online Banking?

Yes. Deposit limits may vary depending on your banking partner. You can check your personal deposit limit directly in the app under the Online Banking section.

5. What if my deposit doesn’t show up in my account?

If your deposit doesn’t appear after a few minutes, please check your bank to ensure the transaction was completed. If it's been more than 15 minutes and the funds are still missing, contact our support team via email ([email protected]) or chat with your transaction details

6. Can I cancel a deposit after I’ve made it?

Deposits made through Online Banking are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once submitted.

7. Will I receive a confirmation or receipt for my deposit?

Yes. You’ll receive an in-app confirmation once your deposit is successful.

8. Can I use someone else’s bank account to make a deposit?

No. For security reasons, all deposits must be made from a bank account that matches your name on file with your VIP Play account.

9. Are deposits via Online Banking secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure banking partners. We do not store your banking credentials.

Withdrawals

1. How long does it take to receive the funds in my bank account after making a withdrawal?

Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–3 business days. The exact timing can depend on your bank’s processing times.

2. How long will it take for the funds to be debited from my VIP Play account?

Funds are deducted from your VIP Play account immediately once you confirm the withdrawal request.

3. How much does it cost to make a withdrawal?

Withdrawals via Online Banking are free — there are no fees for withdrawing your funds to your bank account.

4. Is there a limit on how much I can withdraw via Online Banking?

Yes. Withdrawal limits depend on your banking partner. You can view your personal withdrawal limit in the app under Withdrawals in the Online Banking section.

5. What if my withdrawal hasn’t arrived in my bank account?

Withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days. If your funds haven't arrived after that time, please check with your bank. Still need help? Contact our support team via email ([email protected]) or via chat.

6. Can I cancel a withdrawal after I’ve requested it?

You can cancel a withdrawal request only if it hasn’t started processing yet. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Will I get a notification when my withdrawal is processed?

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation once your withdrawal has been processed. You can also track your withdrawal status in the app under Transaction History.

8. Can I withdraw to a different bank account than I deposited from?

For security and compliance reasons, you can only withdraw to a bank account that is in your name and previously verified/linked to your VIP Play account.

9. What happens if my withdrawal is rejected by my bank?

If a withdrawal is rejected, the funds will be returned to your VIP Play account. We’ll notify you, and you may need to update your banking details before trying again.

10. Is there a daily or weekly withdrawal limit?

Yes. Withdrawal limits may apply from your banking partner policies.
