This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC verification. VIP Play requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification before depositing funds via online banking. If you have not already passed KYC verification, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via online banking.

Steps 1 - 10 are for customers who have not NOT deposited with online banking in the past and do not have an Aeropay account. If you’ve already deposited via Online Banking in the past, follow steps 11 onward to make your deposit.

Tap on the wallet icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Tap on ‘Deposit’ on the next screen.

On this screen, enter the amount you want to deposit, then select ‘Online Banking’. Tap on ‘Next’ afterwards.

Tap on ‘Continue’ on this screen to initiate connecting your bank account.

Use the search field to find your bank by entering the name of your bank in the field. Once you’ve found your bank, select it by tapping on it.

Enter the username and password on your bank account to login into your account. Confirm you are the owner of your bank account by tapping on the ‘I am the owner of this checking account’ box.

Then tap on ‘Continue’.

You will need to verify your account details on this page. Our payment processor will send a code to your account to verify your account. Select whether you prefer to receive the code via voice call, text or Email and tap on ‘Verify’.

Enter the 8-digit identification code delivered by Aeropay in the field highlighted below. You can change the delivery method if you prefer to receive the code in a different way OR tap on ‘Resend code’ to receive another code if you didn’t receive it earlier.

Tap on ‘Verify’ after entering the code

Select the bank account you want to deposit funds from, then tap on ‘Continue’.

After successfully connecting your bank account, you should see this page. Tap on ‘Continue’.

To deposit into your account via a bank account that was already linked to your VIP Play account, Tap on the wallet icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Select ‘Deposit’ on this page

Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then select the linked account under ‘Your Banks’. Tap on ‘Next’ after selecting the bank account.

Review to ensure the details are correct on this page then tap on ‘Confirm’.

You should see the image below if your payment was successful. Tap on ‘OK’.
