How to link your debit card and deposit into the VIP Play app.
This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC verification. VIP Play requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification before depositing funds via debit card. If you have not already passed KYC verification, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via debit card.
Step 1
Tap on "Wallet" at the top right corner of your screen to go to the Funds page.
Step 2
On the Funds page, tap on ‘Deposit’
Step 3
Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the format xx.xx OR select from the presets shown on the ‘Deposit Funds’ page.
Step 4
Select the ‘Debit Card’ option, then tap on ‘Next’.
If you already used a card in the past and saved the card information, then select the debit card under ‘Your Saved Cards’.
Step 5
You will need to add a new card on this page if you do not already have a card added. Enter your card details here.
Make sure you leave the ‘Keep for future transactions’ tab checked so you don’t have to re-enter your card details in the future.
After entering your card information, tap on ‘Add’ to add your card details.
Step 6
Review this page to ensure the details are correct before proceeding with your withdrawal. Ensure that the amount entered and card selected are correct.
Tap on ‘Confirm’ to complete the withdrawal process.
