VIP Play customers can request account updates if there is a change in their address, name etc. To request an account update, you’ll need to reach out to our support team at [email protected], and include the following information in your request;
Email address on the account
The requested update.
Last 4 digits of the SSN on the account
Our support team will send your request to our compliance team for review. We will contact you if any additional information is needed.
Once the requested update is made, our support team will contact you and let you know what the next steps are. For some updates such as name, you will be requested to go through KYC verification process again.
