Account Cool-Off

How to set up an account cool-off on the VIP Play app.

Customers that feel that they have a problem with gambling can temporarily “self-limit” themselves from using VIP Play (or any other licensee in Tennessee) further. This eliminates the temptation to immediately gamble and provides a necessary break from gambling in order to seek the necessary professional help.

Customers can self-limit themselves automatically within the VIP Play app, or by reaching out to our 24x7 customer support team (via chat or email).

Step 1

Tap on the "Settings" tab at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2

Select the "Responsible Gaming" option.

Step 3

Tap on the "Self Limitation" option.

Step 4

Scroll to the bottom of the page, then tap on the toggle to turn on "Account Cool-Off". This will allow you to set a time limit in days to temporarily self-exclude yourself from using VIP Play. During this cool-off period, you will be unable to access the features within the VIP Play app. Withdrawal requests can still be made via VIP Play customer support.

Step 5

Tap on the toggle to set the number of days to temporarily self-exclude yourself from VIP Play, then tap on ‘Continue’.
