My Bets Screen on VIP Play
In this article, you will learn how to navigate the My Bets screen on VIP Play, to view current and past wagers, as well as the features included within this section of the VIP Play app!
Key Features on My Bets Screen:
The My Bets screen allows you to track ongoing wagers, and see past wagers you have placed on VIP Play. You may also utilize the “Cash-Out” button within the My Bets screen!
See the screenshot of the My Bets screen below, as well as a list of each key feature that you may use within the My Bets screen:
Choose whether you’d like to view the My Bets or the Rewards screen – both can be accessed from either location, and you can quickly switch back and forth.
Wager Filter: You can filter whether you want to see all of your bets, or a specific filtered view of bets based on the options listed:
Open: Wagers that are currently ongoing, and have not yet been settled.
Cash Out: Wagers that are eligible for Cash-Out.
Settled: Wagers that have been won or lost on VIP Play.
Time Filter: Choose to only view wagers for a specific day, or time period.

Viewing Bet Details:
Each wager within the My Bets screen will provide you additional information about the wager:
Wager type: The type of wager, such as a parlay.
Outcome: Whether the wager was won or lost.
Date Details: The date the wager was placed, and a ticket ID which can be passed to our support team for investigation.
Odds: The odds of the wager.
Wager: The stake of the wager.
Promotion: This will only be shown if the wager was attached to a specific promotion type on VIP Play.
