This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC/AML verification. VIP Play requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification before depositing funds via Bank Card. If you have not already passed KYC verification, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via Bank Card.

Tap on "Wallet" at the top right corner of your screen to go to the Funds page.

On the Funds page, tap on ‘Deposit’.

Enter the amount you want to deposit OR select from the presets shown on the ‘Deposit Funds’ page.

Tap on ‘Play+’ option and select ‘NEXT’.

Select ‘Bank Card’ on the Funding page.

Tap on ‘Continue’.

Verify that the amount you entered is correct, then check to make sure that the pre-filled billing address is correct. The mailing address must match the address on the debit card you're using.

Enter your card number, CVV, and expiration date. You can save all this information so you don't have to re-enter it again during your next transaction by checking the box next to "I want to save this card for future payment".

After verifying that all the credentials are correct and that you've entered the correct amount, tap on the check box at the bottom of the screen to accept the terms and conditions of Play+.

Then select ‘Proceed’.

The next page will show ‘Success’. Transfer successfully completed when the transaction has successfully goes through. Tap on ‘OK’.
